The breakfast had good wholesome options. The service was excellent. I found the location quiet with plenty of parking space and outdoor seating. The room was very clean. The bed offered great comfort. The staff, from reception to the bar/restaurant, were pretty good.
The Starbucks lounge coffee was not properly prepared by the staff.

adequate stay with some shortcomings

poor barslow service
the breakfast service was not good. getting a coffee took a long time. also, the bar service was slow. it seemed understaffed for the number of guests, which impacted the overall experience.

the staff was friendly! also, we got into our room earlier than expected.
i booked an executive room for a 1 night stay. air con was not working. i called down to get someone to look at it but nobody checked it. also, the usb port in the room didn't work.
